Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join the End User Services Team.

You will perform day-to-day maintenance, installation, and support of end-user laptops and workstations, troubleshoot hardware and software, and help manage the Help Desk queue. The role supports security policy implementation, may require DoD clearance, and offers hybrid remote work after indoctrination.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma and hands-on IT support in Windows/AD environments.
• Experience with Office programs and Windows 10, including imaging/management utilities.
• Proficiency with ITSM platforms like ServiceNow, BMC Helix, or BMC Footprints.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain DoD clearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day maintenance, installation, and support of end-user laptops/workstations.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and assist other IT team members.
• Monitor Help Desk queues via e-mail, calls, and ticket management.
• Help implement and communicate security policies for data, software, hardware, and telecom.
