Qualifications

• Five+ years combined IT management or senior IT Support Services experience.
• Demonstrated supervisory experience in an enterprise technology environment.
• Additional experience may be substituted for education.

Responsibilities

• Manages scheduling and performance of team ensuring coverage across Help Desk, A/V and related staff.
• Builds relationships with customers and coaches a diverse team of technical professionals.
• Ensures staff are trained, staffed, and equipped to support technology initiatives.
• Tracks incidents, KPIs, workloads, and projects, with weekly progress updates.
