Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Five (5) years of progressively responsible IT experience; supervisory experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, Microsoft technologies (Active Directory, Azure/Entra ID, Microsoft 365), cloud services, endpoint management, and cybersecurity best practices
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and customer service skills
• Industry certifications such as Microsoft, CompTIA, Cisco, ITIL, or project management are preferred
• Occasional after-hours work, on-call availability, and the ability to lift and install IT equipment may be required

Responsibilities

• Supervise, assign, and review the work of IT staff responsible for network administration, systems support, cybersecurity, and end-user services
• Oversee installation, maintenance, monitoring, and performance of IT infrastructure, servers, cloud services, and business applications
• Coordinate system upgrades, patches, and technology refreshes; lead or participate in infrastructure projects
• Monitor system security and compliance with IT standards; manage vendor relationships and service contracts; support disaster recovery and business continuity planning
