Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in a technical field (CS/IT or MIS).
• Experience in IT or a technology-related environment (internship, part-time, or academic/work-study).
• Familiarity with mobile devices (iOS/Android) and Microsoft platforms (Windows 10/11, Office/SharePoint/MS Teams).
• Strong communication skills for troubleshooting with Hagerty professionals.

Responsibilities

• Provide hardware/software support to staff and field personnel.
• Respond to and escalate help desk tickets.
• Administer software programs used across the company.
• Manage inventory, deployment, maintenance, and disposal of hardware.
• Support infrastructure consolidation and cyber security efforts.
