The ideal candidate is pursuing an undergraduate degree in a technical field and has IT experience, with strong communication skills to troubleshoot with staff and executives.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in a technical field (CS, IT, SYS ENG, MIS).
• Experience in IT or a technology-related environment (internship, part-time, or academic/work-study).
• Technical familiarity with mobile devices (iOS/Android) and Microsoft platforms/products (Windows 10/11, Office, SharePoint, MS Teams).
• Strong communication skills for troubleshooting with Hagerty professionals and executives.

Responsibilities

• Provide hardware/software support to office and field staff.
• Review, respond to, and accelerate help desk tickets.
• Administer various software programs.
• Manage inventory, deployment, maintenance, and disposal of hardware.
• Assist with infrastructure consolidation and cyber security efforts.
• Communicate with the team efficiently and effectively.
