Qualifications

• Experience in IT or a technology-related environment (internship, part-time, or academic/work-study).
• Technical familiarity with mobile devices (iOS/Android) and Microsoft platforms/products (Windows 10/11, Office, SharePoint, MS Teams).
• Strong communication skills for troubleshooting with Hagerty professionals and executives.

Responsibilities

• Provide hardware/software support to office and field staff.
• Review, respond to, and accelerate help desk tickets.
• Administer various software programs.
• Manage inventory, deployment, maintenance, and disposal of hardware.
• Assist with infrastructure consolidation and cyber security efforts.
• Communicate with the team efficiently and effectively.

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems).
• Experience in IT or a technology-related environment, which can include internship, part-time, or academic/work-study experience.
• Technical familiarity with mobile devices (iOS and Android), Microsoft platforms/products (Windows 10/11, Office, SharePoint, MS Teams).
• Effective communication skills, including interacting with Hagerty professionals and executives on the phone to troubleshoot issues.

Compensation for the IT Support Intern Includes:

• Hourly Range of $17-20. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and training, licensure and certifications, internal equity, location, travel requirements, and other business and organizational needs.
