Job summary

Valuation Research Corporation in Milwaukee is seeking a Technical Support Analyst to deploy, configure, and support end-user systems, with emphasis on Windows 11, Azure, Entra, and Office 365. You will handle frontline helpdesk duties and participate in on-call rotation.

The role requires 3–5 years in technical support, strong Microsoft experience, and the ability to advise colleagues on operations and security. This is an in-office position with occasional travel to the office as needed.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a technical support or information systems position.
• Strong experience with Microsoft systems and cloud services (Azure, Intune, Entra).
• Experience with Office 365 Administration and Microsoft hybrid environments.
• Excellent communication and teamwork; customer-focused.
• Current authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Degree preferred in information systems or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Work with the IT Team to meet department goals, priorities, and initiatives.
• Represent the IT Team with customers, peers, co-workers, and partners.
• Advise coworkers on operations and security.
• Administer daily infrastructure/desktop support and change requests.
• Perform maintenance on workstations and troubleshoot issues.
• Monitor Help Desk queue, complete tickets timely, and escalate as needed.
• Document configuration changes and IT policies to achieve compliance.
• Deploy new user hardware/software packages and support on-site activities.
• Demonstrate learning agility through continued education and research.
