Job summary

Oxford Industries seeks a Technical Support Analyst to deliver frontline IT support for home office, distribution center, and retail users. You will manage Microsoft 365 tasks, user accounts, and Exchange mailboxes while collaborating across IT teams.

The role is on-site five days a week at the Lyons, GA distribution center, with hybrid/remote support for a broad user base. Strong customer service and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Two years of college or equivalent preferred.
• 2+ years of computer hardware and software support experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline Service Desk support for Windows, MacOS, and mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot incidents and requests in Microsoft365 environment with focus on first-contact resolution.
• Create and delete accounts, reset passwords, adjust permissions, and manage Exchange mailboxes.
