Job summary

Fusion HCR Staffing in Columbus OH is seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive new business development and grow client relationships within our IT staffing practice. This hunter role will identify, pursue, and close new client accounts and expand relationships into recurring staffing business.

You will prospect, build a pipeline, negotiate terms, and partner with recruiting to fill orders quickly while managing the full sales cycle to meet revenue targets in Ohio and the Midwest.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of staffing/recruiting sales experience, IT staffing a must.
• Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong cold-calling, prospecting, and closing skills.
• Ability to build relationships with hiring managers, HR, and procurement.
• Metrics-driven, activity-based sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and close new client accounts for IT contract and direct placement staffing.
• Build and manage a pipeline of hiring managers and decision-makers at target companies.
• Negotiate rates, terms, and contracts with new and existing clients.
• Partner with recruiting teams to ensure job orders are filled quickly and accurately.
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating, closing.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and activity data in our CRM/ATS.
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue and gross margin targets.
• Stay current on Ohio's IT hiring market and competitive landscape.
