Job summary

Loffler Companies in Minnesota is seeking an IT Services Engineer III to join our hybrid ITSG Managed Services team. You will provide IT generalist support to customers, document and resolve service requests, and escalate when needed while expanding your technical knowledge.

The role emphasizes root-cause analysis, mentoring peers, leading projects, and contributing to knowledge base content. A strong background in Microsoft 365 migrations, Intune, and network security is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in IT or related technical field and/or 3-5 years IT support experience.
• Intermediate level technical certification(s) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT generalist support to customers and document resolutions.
• Document and resolve incoming service requests and alerts, including escalations.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver superior customer service.
• Answer support phone calls daily.
• Identify trends to improve responsiveness and implement permanent resolutions.
• Publish documentation to the knowledge base and share with peers.
• Mentor and train other engineers; lead projects.
• Support changes to IT tools and systems.
