The Microsoft 365 Cloud Administrator / IT Support Specialist is responsible for administering and supporting the organization's cloud-first Microsoft environment while providing Tier 1-3 end-user support. This role serves as the primary administrator for Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Entra ID, Intune, Teams, and related cloud services, ensuring secure and reliable access to business-critical applications and collaboration platforms. The ideal candidate possesses strong Microsoft cloud administration experience combined with advanced troubleshooting and customer support skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services through the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
• Manage Exchange Online including mailboxes, shared mailboxes, distribution groups, mail flow, and email security configurations.
• Administer Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including user lifecycle management, group management, conditional access, MFA, and identity governance.
• Manage Microsoft Intune for endpoint administration, application deployment, compliance policies, and device lifecycle management.
• Administer Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, and other Microsoft collaboration platforms.
• Provision, modify, and decommission user accounts, licenses, and cloud resources.
• Monitor Microsoft 365 service health, security alerts, and platform performance.
• Troubleshoot cloud service outages, authentication issues, and Microsoft 365 integrations.
• Maintain cloud security best practices and assist with compliance initiatives.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for Tier 1-3 Microsoft 365 and end-user support issues.
• Troubleshoot advanced issues involving Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Exchange Online, and Microsoft authentication services.
• Resolve user access, licensing, email delivery, synchronization, and collaboration platform issues.
• Support Windows 10/11 endpoints connected to Microsoft cloud services.
• Perform root cause analysis and provide long-term solutions for recurring support issues.
• Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including account provisioning, licensing assignment, access control, and device deployment.
• Maintain detailed documentation of incidents, resolutions, and technical procedures.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4-6 years of experience supporting and administering Microsoft cloud technologies.
