Job summary

Antea USA, Inc. is seeking an experienced IT Generalist to support the delivery, security, and continuous improvement of our technology environment. The role focuses on Microsoft 365 administration, endpoint management, user support, vendor coordination, and daily IT operations.

Hybrid/remote work is available depending on location, with preference for Greater St. Paul/Twin Cities area. The position requires 4–6 years in enterprise IT, experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Azure, and a

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience supporting enterprise IT environments.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Strong knowledge of endpoint management, Windows OS, identity management, and Intune.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, Teams, SharePoint, and Exchange Online preferred.
• Basic PowerShell or automation experience is a plus.
• Experience working with managed service providers or in a professional services environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support for Microsoft 365, business applications, and collaboration tools.
• Support administration of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, and Azure.
• Manage endpoint compliance and device administration through Microsoft Intune.
• Coordinate with MSPs and vendors to resolve issues and support projects.
• Maintain technical documentation, procedures, and knowledge base articles.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes through automation and standardization.
• Support technology governance and security best practices across the organization.
