Job summary

Experis Technology Group is seeking a Service Desk Analyst in Topeka, KS, on a hybrid schedule with at least one day onsite per week. The role pays $22.00–$24.50/hr and runs for a 12-month contract, supporting end-user technology and incident management.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in service/help desk, experience with ServiceNow and Microsoft 365, and is able to pass background checks and a drug screen. Applicants should reside within 60 minutes of Topeka.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a service desk, help desk, or desktop support role.
• Experience with ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory or Entra ID
• Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical users
• U.S. citizenship and ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Valid driver's license and residence within 60 minutes of Topeka, KS

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for IT incidents and service requests from employees, contractors, and interns
• Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 laptops, Microsoft 365, corporate iPads and mobile devices, Citrix, VPN, and connectivity issues
• Handle onboarding, access provisioning, password resets, and MFA enrollment
• Document and manage tickets in ServiceNow within established service levels
• Participate in a rotating after-hours on-call schedule
