ENTACT, LLC in Westmont, IL is seeking an IT Service Delivery Specialist to join our hybrid team. You will provide Tier 1 and advanced technical support, resolve hardware, software, networking issues, and ensure user satisfaction and system reliability.

The role requires 5-7 years in IT support, a degree in information systems or related field, and strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and VPN. Occasional after-hours work may be required.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in IT support or a related technical field.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in information systems, business administration, data analytics, or related field preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems, Microsoft 365 suite, Active Directory, Group Policy, and Exchange administration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for IT support and resolve escalated, complex technical issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
• Provide support for network connectivity issues, VPN access, remote desktop, and Wi‑Fi problems.
• Document solutions and contribute to the IT knowledge base; assist with system upgrades and deployments.
