Job summary

Knowledge Services is seeking a part-time IT Recruiter for a 12-week contract in Indianapolis, Indiana. This hybrid role requires at least one onsite day per week in Downtown Indianapolis and runs 3 days per week from 8am to 5pm (about 24 hours weekly).

You will identify IT candidates, screen, coordinate interviews, and document experience, qualifications, compensation expectations, and relocation readiness as needed, working closely with Human Resources.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years IT recruitment experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with job descriptions and requirements.
• Build candidate pipelines using networks, job boards, referrals and direct outreach.
• Source candidates from the Midwest region and coordinate relocation when applicable.
• Maintain a qualified pipeline for all positions during the engagement.
• Review resumes against established job requirements and conduct initial screening.
• Assess relevant experience and qualifications and document expectations and relocation readiness.
