Job summary

Kao EMEA & Americas is seeking a Project Manager to lead initiatives from initiation through completion, providing analytical support across processes, requirements, reporting, and stakeholder decision-making. You will develop and manage project plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, track progress, manage risks, and support governance and financial oversight.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management, business analysis, process improvement and technology delivery support.
• Experience leading end-to-end lifecycles from initiation to closure.
• Ability to gather requirements, map processes, and translate needs into deliverables.
• Strong stakeholder delivery management with cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Familiarity with change management, testing coordination, and deployment readiness.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Delivery Management: develop plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, budgets, and resources; coordinate across teams and vendors to meet goals.
• Business Analysis and Requirements Definition: document requirements, map processes, assess impacts, support prioritization, and identify improvements.
• Execution, Monitoring, Reporting, AI Automation: produce status updates, dashboards, governance materials, and leverage AI/automation for efficiency.
• Stakeholder, Vendor, and Cross-Functional Coordination: facilitate communication, manage expectations, and ensure alignment on scope and outcomes.
• Risk, Change, Governance, and Transition Support: identify risks, support governance, track finances, and coordinate training and transition to operations.
