Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee portfolio governance and Agile program delivery.
• Develop enterprise dashboards and AI-driven insights for portfolio health.
• Communicate portfolio performance and AI forecasts to executives.
• Govern vendor relationships and negotiate Agile delivery contracts.
• Lead enterprise PI Planning, portfolio Kanban, and milestone tracking with AI tools.
• Define KPIs and predictive delivery indicators using AI analytics.
• Mentor project managers on Agile leadership and AI adoption.
