Motion Recruitment Partners LLC client seeks a Project Manager to lead IT project execution, ensuring visibility across development sprints, integrations, and special projects. The role leverages an AI-assisted pipeline with a Business Process Lead to define intent and drive readiness tests before design or build.

You will own intake, sequence work in Jira and Monday, and deliver dashboards with cycle time and release metrics.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years delivering software or IT projects, ideally in enterprise or logistics.
• Ability to manage quality gates with senior stakeholders and discern emergencies from requests.
• Fluency with Jira or Azure DevOps, sprint planning, and release management.
• Clear written communication for engineers, executives, and AI agents.

Responsibilities

• Write testable requirements and acceptance criteria before coding.
• Run readiness tests on every requirement with dependencies identified.
• Plan IT work in Jira and Monday with sprints and dependencies.
• Own intake processes to ensure requests reach developers through proper channels.
• Build and maintain delivery dashboards reported each sprint.
• Lead change management and stakeholder communications for rollouts.
