Job summary

Kao USA, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives spanning business processes, requirements, reporting, and stakeholder decision-making.

You will develop and manage project plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive delivery with governance and financial oversight. You will partner with business, technology, vendor, and regional stakeholders to define requirements, assess impacts, and ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• 5+ years in project management, business analysis, and tech delivery.
• Experience leading end-to-end projects from initiation to closure.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience with waterfall, agile, or hybrid delivery.
• Strong executive communication and reporting.
• Familiarity with Planview Pro or Asana is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, actions, decisions, budgets, and resource needs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to keep delivery on track.
• Prepare status updates, dashboards, and governance materials; leverage AI tools to improve reporting.
• Facilitate communication across business and technology teams, vendors, and leadership.
• Identify and manage risks, changes, and dependencies throughout the project life cycle.
