• PMP certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end project management for complex IT initiatives, including application, integration, and AI‑enabled solutions.
• Manage day‑to‑day execution across all project phases to ensure timely and cost‑effective delivery.
• Develop, maintain, and govern project documentation, including charters, schedules, budgets, risk logs, and communication plans.
• Partner with business stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and technical teams to translate business needs into deliverables.
• Secure and coordinate project resources and funding in collaboration with leadership and functional managers.
• Monitor project performance and provide regular status reporting to sponsors and stakeholders.
• Communicate project risks, dependencies, issues, and mitigation plans to leadership and executives.
• Ensure project deliverables comply with governance, audit, and internal control requirements.
• Identify and manage cross‑project dependencies and resolve conflicts proactively.
• Stay current on emerging technologies, including AI trends, and assess applicability to project delivery.
