You will manage scoping, execution, and profitability while leveraging AI tooling for status reporting and forecasting. The role emphasizes collaboration across engineering, data, and client-facing teams in a dynamic, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of project management experience, or Associate’s degree with 7+ years of project management experience.
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools in a professional project management context.
• Experience managing client-facing technology projects in a B2B SaaS, professional services, or consulting environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain project plans reflecting client objectives and goals.
• Lead full project lifecycle from design to delivery for concurrent projects.
• Collaborate with Systems Analysts and engineering leads on requirements and scope.
• Build trusted relationships with client contacts, partners, and internal teams.
• Refine AI-driven plans, schedules, and reporting; forecast financial impacts.
• Help improve PMO delivery standards and share practices with the team.
