Job summary

Diversified Services Network, Inc. is seeking a full-time IT Project/Program Manager to join our team in Chicago, IL or Peoria, IL on a hybrid schedule.

You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver software solutions across the application portfolio and enterprise systems used by customers and partners. The role requires 6+ years of program management experience in Agile environments, strong stakeholder communication, and hands-on use of Azure DevOps/Jira.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience managing projects in cross-functional teams.
• Experience leading end-to-end program management in matrixed organizations.
• 6+ years with Agile software development, collaborating with engineers, partners, and product managers.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and Confluence.
• Strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Project skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects on time and within budget, meeting quality expectations.
• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of project activities and resources.
• Manage charters, communications, metrics, and project plans throughout lifecycle.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams from concept to implementation and follow-up.
• Develop and communicate detailed project schedules and timelines.
• Monitor progress, resolve issues, keep stakeholders informed, implement corrective actions.
• Analyze issues and propose solutions to ensure successful delivery.
