Position Overview

A large enterprise organization is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to support complex enterprise technology initiatives focused on application development, systems integration, and enterprise delivery projects.

This individual will play a key role driving projects from planning through execution while partnering closely with business leaders, technical teams, and executive stakeholders.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead end to end project management activities across mid sized to large enterprise IT initiatives
• Manage project execution across all phases including planning, delivery, testing, implementation, and reporting
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, risk logs, and stakeholder communications
• Partner with business and technical teams to define scope, priorities, timelines, and success criteria
• Coordinate cross functional resources and manage project dependencies across teams
• Provide regular project updates to leadership and executive stakeholders
• Identify project risks, issues, and mitigation strategies proactively
• Ensure projects align with governance, compliance, and internal delivery standards
• Support initiatives involving enterprise applications, integrations, and modernization efforts including AI enabled solutions

Must Have Experience

• 5+ years of enterprise IT Project Management experience
• Experience supporting application development and systems integration projects
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies and enterprise project governance
• Proven experience leading projects using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery models
• Experience working within structured PMO environments
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Experience managing multiple concurrent enterprise projects
• Ability to communicate effectively across both technical and non technical teams

Nice To Have Experience

• Insurance industry experience
• Banking or financial services background
• PMP certification
• Experience supporting enterprise modernization or integration initiatives
• Experience with tools such as MS Project, Planview, SharePoint, or similar PM platforms
• Experience working within highly regulated enterprise environments
