Job summary

PMO Partners LLC is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT initiatives. The role is hybrid—three days in the office—and can be located in Alpharetta, GA; Boston, MA; Charlotte, NC; Chicago, IL; Dallas, TX; or other listed cities.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks and budgets, develop project artifacts, and ensure governance and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, business, or related field.
PMP certification preferred but not required.
CPCU designation or advanced degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end delivery of IT projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
Coordinate day-to-day activities across business and technology teams to support successful delivery.
Develop and maintain charters, schedules, budgets, communication plans, risk registers, and supporting documentation.
Partner with stakeholders to define objectives, requirements, timelines, success criteria, and outcomes.
Collaborate with analysts, architects, and technical teams to deliver solutions.
Coordinate resources and support funding with leadership and managers.
Monitor performance and communicate status, risks, and mitigation plans.
