Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize IT goals; develop program strategy and business case.
• Initiate and oversee program and project objectives; assign project managers and monitor cost, schedule, and performance.
• Develop and monitor complex program budgets and resource allocation; report on budget status and compliance.
