Qualifications

• Proven product management experience in complex retail environments.
• BA/BS in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years in product management, retail, or related fields.
• Strong data analysis and decision-making skills.
• Experience taking products from concept to launch.
• Experience managing and prioritizing budgets and resources.
• Adept at collaborating with engineering, platform teams, business stakeholders
• Strong understanding of processes, systems, and data.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to manage ambiguity and drive organizational change

Responsibilities

• Set the product vision and strategy in collaboration with the business.
• Define and manage the product roadmap for technically complex capabilities, including backend logic and integrations.
• Guide the delivery team to execute against the product roadmap and backlog, and prioritize work where needed.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration and communication.
• Foster relationships across the company and manage conflicting priorities as needed.
• Optimize product performance, engagement, adoption and integration.
• Analyze current processes and technologies associated with the product to identify and act on continuous improvement opportunities
