Job summary

BJ's Wholesale Club in Marlborough, MA is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own the roadmap for personalized promotions across member experiences. You will build an offer bank and the decisioning capabilities to dynamically assign relevant offers based on propensity scores, eligibility rules, and business priorities.

You will partner with Merchandising, Marketing, Data Science, Digital, and IT to balance member relevance with promotional economics, translate signals into actionable

Qualifications

• Translate business needs into product requirements and prioritize a backlog.
• Define KPIs, interpret test results, and use data to guide decisions.
• Experience in retail, loyalty, or marketing technology is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage the roadmap for personalized promotions and the offer bank.
• Partner with Merchandising and Marketing to set up how offers are submitted, funded, activated, and retired.
• Work with Data Science to incorporate propensity scores and signals into offer selection.
• Define decisioning requirements including eligibility, exclusions, and priority rules.
• Collaborate with Digital and channel teams to deliver offers across app, website, email, and other touchpoints.
• Ensure offers can be displayed, clipped or activated, redeemed, and tracked accurately.
• Establish testing and measurement plans to assess engagement, clip and redemption rates, and sales.
