The position supports Assortment and Space Management, logistics coordination, and cross-functional process improvements with a focus on analytics and data-driven decisions. The role reports to the Director of Assortment and Space Management and requires 1–4 years in Supply Chain or Operations, strong communication, problem solving, and project management skills.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree Required
• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
• Minimum 1-4 years of Supply Chain or Operations Experience; 4+ years in both Operational and Supply Chain

Responsibilities

• Work with cross functional teams analyzing existing systems and processes and highlight improvements
• Follow up on execution of implemented efficiencies and process improvements
• Identify process gaps between Logistics, Merchandising and Master Data and recommend solutions
• Facilitate and drive change, prepare user manuals and training
• Provide analytics to identify opportunities for Space Optimization and track metrics
• Leverage AMIA and IRI data in space analytics
