Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking an IT Product Manager to set the product vision and roadmap for technically complex capabilities within our retail platform. You’ll partner with business, engineering and platform teams to drive delivery and measure success.

This hybrid role requires strong data analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and a track record of taking products from concept to launch in a retail environment. Tue-Thu in Marlborough, MA; Mon, Fri remote.

Qualifications

• Proven product management experience in complex retail environments.
• BA/BS in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field
• 5+ years in product management, retail, or related fields
• Strong data analysis and decision-making skills
• Experience taking products from concept to launch
• Experience managing and prioritizing budgets and resources
• Adept at collaborating with engineering, platform teams, business stakeholders
• Strong understanding of processes, systems, and data.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to manage ambiguity and drive organizational change

Responsibilities

• Set the product vision and strategy and define measures of success.
• Conduct market and/or customer research to understand leading practices and value.
• Use data insights to identify opportunities and drive decision making.
• Define and manage the product roadmap for complex capabilities including backend logic and integrations.
• Guide the delivery team to execute against the roadmap and backlog, prioritizing work as needed.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration and communication.
• Foster relationships across the company and manage conflicting priorities as needed.
• Optimize product performance, engagement, adoption and integration.
• Analyze current processes and technologies to identify continuous improvement opportunities
