Job summary

STI in Dallas, TX is seeking a procurement professional to drive vendor management and IT operations support in data center environments. The role emphasizes hands-on ServiceNow administration, asset management, and invoice processing, with budgeting responsibilities.

The candidate will coordinate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, maintain multiple tracking logs, and engage in proactive problem-solving with vendors. Hybrid work may be available depending on policy and location.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in procurement, vendor management, or IT operations.
• Experience with ServiceNow administration (catalogs, workflows, dashboard monitoring).
• Experience with asset management systems (Device42 or similar) and financial asset/depreciation processes.
• Proven experience processing and reconciling invoices and managing procurement budgets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to coordinate across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain multiple tracking documents/logs.
• Proactive problem-solving and escalation management with vendors.
• Certifications: ITIL, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, or procurement-related certifications (preferred).
• Experience with financial systems and month-end reconciliation processes (preferred).
• Familiarity with company procurement/toolsets and COLO vendor processes (preferred).
