Job summary

S&B is seeking an IT Asset & Procurement Coordinator to manage software licenses, asset records, and IT procurement. The role liaises with IT, Procurement, Accounting, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of technology services.

The position supports licensing administration, coordinates purchases, and maintains records, contributing to efficient IT operations and governance within a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to organize and maintain accurate records and communicate with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of software licensing, asset management, purchasing processes, vendor management, contract administration, or IT operations is preferred.
• Willingness to learn and grow within IT Operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate software license inventories and entitlement records.
• Coordinate software deployment requests and license assignments with technical teams.
• Prepare hardware and software requisitions with supporting documentation for approval.
• Support invoice verification, purchase-order matching, and receipt confirmation with Procurement and Accounting.
• Generate and maintain reports related to IT software licensing, renewals, procurement activity, and operational metrics.
