Job summary

RPL International in Miami, FL is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its PMO on a 1-year contract with potential renewal. The role is hybrid, leading projects from initiation to closure and coordinating with sponsors, stakeholders, and diverse teams.

You will develop plans, manage budgets and resources, document requirements, monitor risks, and ensure governance. English/Spanish fluency and a PM background are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Strong understanding of PMBOK principles and project management methodologies.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Jira or similar PM tools.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects and cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, resource management, risk mitigation, and project governance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all organizational levels.
• Fluency in English and Spanish, including speaking, reading, writing, and comprehension.
• PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of the project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
• Lead multiple project teams of multidisciplinary professionals.
• Collaborate with sponsors and stakeholders to define scope, objectives, requirements, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
• Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to PMO standards and governance.
• Prepare project status reports and presentations for management and portfolio reviews.
• Develop project charters, business cases, cost-benefit analyses, risk matrices, and communication plans.
