Job summary

PTY TECH, LLC seeks a proactive IT Project Manager to lead delivery of technology services for a multinational environment. You will oversee ~30 technical resources, manage timelines and budgets, and drive governance with clients and stakeholders in a hybrid setup (Orange, CT or Boston, MA).

Near-native Spanish and professional English fluency are required. This 1099 contractor role initially runs 6–12 months with potential for contract-to-hire, 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Near-native or native-level Spanish fluency required.
• Professional English fluency required.
• 5–10 years PM/IT service delivery experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day execution and delivery of IT projects and services.
• Lead and oversee a multidisciplinary team of ~30 technical resources.
• Coordinate teams across Windows/Wintel, Unix/Linux, Cloud, Storage, databases, SAP, Oracle/SQL, and related infra.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, scope, deliverables, risks, dependencies, issues, and changes.
• Establish accountability across project teams and ensure milestones are met.
• Maintain project governance throughout the lifecycle and participate in Steering Committee meetings.
• Communicate proactively with clients and internal stakeholders; monitor service delivery and SLAs.
• Escalate issues and drive resolution; participate in RCA and CAB meetings as appropriate.
• Support incident, problem, change, escalation, and service-continuity processes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
