You will organize PMO governance, develop training and curriculums, and enhance tools and templates while aligning with industry best practices. Strong leadership and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Leads IT projects with governance and portfolio management.
• Experience across waterfall, agile, and hybrid methods.
• Strong communication and training capabilities for PMO.
• Proficiency with standard PM tools and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as PMO lead for Innovation Council meetings and reporting.
• Improve PMO standards, tools, and templates across IT.
• Coach PMs and IT staff in PM best practices and governance.
• Support financial planning and portfolio metrics with Finance.
