Job summary

NationMind LLC in Charlotte, NC is seeking an experienced Technology Project Manager / PMO to guide delivery governance across multiple initiatives. You will coordinate governance routines, manage dependencies, report to leadership, and ensure alignment with enterprise change standards in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in project management, PMO, and delivery governance, with strong Excel, SharePoint, and Tableau skills and banking/financial services

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Project Management, PMO, Delivery Governance, Risk & Dependency Management, Stakeholder Management, and Executive Reporting.
• Strong Excel, SharePoint, and Tableau skills are required.
• Banking/Financial Services experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and facilitates routines to support delivery - e.g., governance, kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, etc.
• Plans and coordinates delivery and dependencies across multiple teams i.e., vertical and horizontal governance and delivery management.
• Facilitates dependency management/risk management/impediment removal for the defined deliverables.
• Promotes/facilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timeline.
• Gathers/facilitates status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks/issues, and schedule.
• Ensures that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements by working with the sponsor/stakeholders.
• Tracks the success metrics and reviews performance with stakeholders and leadership.
• Ensures deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards.
• Supports resource planning and forecasting for delivery/execution.
• Ability to manage complex project(s) simultaneously in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Horizontal positions working on various projects/programs
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint, Excel, and BAC project managements tools and capabilities.
• Excellent communication, influencing and facilitation skills.
• Self-motivation, self-direction, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities without sacrificing quality or timelines.
• Strong problem-solving skills, excellent analytical and presentation skills; ability to synthesize complex data into actionable presentations / reports and communicate technical concepts to non-technical clients.
• 5-7 years project management, change management, PMO, or similar experience.
• Tableau Experience.
• Independent, Top Performer, Project Manager, Reporting Specialist.
