Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS or related field preferred; equivalent work experience considered.
• 7+ years in system support with 5+ years configuring core banking systems.
• Strong understanding of core banking architecture and relational databases.
• Experience with monitoring and incident management tools (ServiceNow, Jira).
• Familiarity with integration protocols (APIs, middleware, ETL) for core banking.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for core banking system issues, ensuring performance and availability.
• Provide operational support for digital banking apps like bill pay and account origination.
• Analyze requirements with Business Analysts and translate into technical tasks.
• Perform system validation testing to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Troubleshoot incidents and coordinate with IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Support user training and guidance for end-users on system features.
