Job summary

Bank Iowa, located in West Des Moines, IA, seeks a Systems Administrator to support the bank's technology infrastructure and application systems. You will ensure maximum efficiency and stability through timely execution of processes and procedures.

You will provide reactive operational support, perform proactive system administration, participate in projects, and manage Microsoft 365 services including Entra ID, Intune, and Copilot Studio.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in computer related field or relevant experience.
• Minimum 4 years' experience in Information Technology.
• Minimum 2 years' experience managing and implementing systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide reactive operational support with emphasis on ticket resolution, escalation, troubleshooting, and resolution.
• Perform proactive system administration including maintenance, patching, lifecycle management, and monitoring.
• Participate in project work and implementations with partial ownership of assigned initiatives.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services including Entra ID, Intune, and Copilot Studio.
• Administer virtualization platforms including Hyper‑V.
• Provide networking support for Meraki, Aruba, or Juniper switching environments.
• Participate in information security operations including system hardening, log review, vulnerability remediation, and incident response.
• Assist with regulatory exams and audits including evidence gathering and remediation.
• Create and maintain technical and audit documentation.
• Partner with internal business units to translate technical solutions into business outcomes.
• Coordinate various vendors when additional in-depth technical assistance or telecom support is needed.
