Job summary

Bankers Trust Company in Des Moines, IA is seeking a Cards & ATM Analyst I to provide timely technical and administrative support for card and ATM products and management. You will handle setup, training, and vendor coordination, working on department-wide initiatives as a subject matter expert.

The role requires familiarity with card/ATM processing, financial regulations, and strong communication. A four-year degree or equivalent experience is preferred, with potential for a hybrid schedule and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
• At least three years in bank operations, project coordination or similar financial functions

Responsibilities

• Coordinate research, reporting, and resolution of card/ATM issues; escalate with details to stakeholders
• Set up, train, maintain and support customers using card/ATM services
• Serve as SME on departmental and PMO projects
• Provide Level II and backup support; answer calls and assist customers with troubleshooting
• Create and maintain documentation for procedures and disaster recovery scripts
• Coordinate ATM installations, upgrades, maintenance, and billing
• Monitor vendor communications for issues and new features
• Handle compromised card processing, bulk gifts, quarterly reports
• Keep current with Rules/Regulations for card and ATM processing (Reg E, Visa Rules, etc.)
