Job summary

Cynosure Inc. is seeking an IT Operations Manager to lead a modern, secure, and globally connected technology environment. You will report to the Director, Information Services and oversee cloud services, endpoints, identity, collaboration tools, and procurement across hybrid offices.

You will align IT and security teams, implement policy controls, and drive scalable operations in a fast-paced, AI-enabled workplace while coordinating with external service providers.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID/Azure AD, Windows and macOS endpoints, collaboration platforms, mobile devices, VPN/MFA, and ITSM ticketing tools.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and coordinate work across internal teams and vendors.
• Foundational understanding of cybersecurity, identity and access management, endpoint security, phishing awareness, and data protection practices.
• General familiarity with cloud, networking, SaaS administration, endpoint lifecycle management, and backup/recovery concepts.
• Exposure to procurement, vendor management, contract tracking, and service-level reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day IT operations across cloud services, endpoints, identity, collaboration tools, procurement, vendors, and projects.
• Bridge internal IT/security teams with business stakeholders and external providers to improve service delivery and security.
• Support deployment and adoption of Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID/Azure AD, ITSM systems, and secure collaboration tools.
• Coordinate global and hybrid office environments, onboarding, device readiness, connectivity, and remote-work enablement.
• Track license usage, SaaS renewals, asset lifecycle, and cloud consumption for budgeting and cost visibility.
• Participate in IT and security projects including endpoint modernization, migrations, and automation.
