Job summary

The Intersect Group is seeking a hands-on IT Manager to lead day-to-day technology operations, cybersecurity initiatives, and business systems administration. You will report to executive leadership and influence technology decisions across the organization.

The role requires 5+ years of IT experience in a hands-on or small-team setting, with strong Microsoft 365 administration, networking, and security skills. Hybrid work arrangement with several in-office days.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on IT support, systems administration, infrastructure, or IT management experience.
• Experience as sole IT resource or within a small company with broad responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, user access management, endpoint support, and networking fundamentals.
• Experience administering ERP/HRIS/project management/financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary IT operations contact for infrastructure and end user support.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding, accounts, hardware provisioning, and tech setup.
• Administer and support business systems (ERP, HRIS, project management, file storage).
• Develop cybersecurity strategies to reduce phishing and security risks.
