Job summary

Cynosure is seeking an IT Operations Manager to lead day-to-day IT operations across cloud services, endpoints, identity, collaboration tools, and procurement. You will bridge internal security teams, business stakeholders, and external providers to improve service delivery and cybersecurity in a hybrid, AI-enabled workplace.

The role emphasizes governance, cost visibility, and scalable operations, supporting a global team and evolving technology landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred or four years of experience in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day IT operations across cloud services, endpoints, identity, collaboration platforms, and business-critical apps.
• Coordinate with security and business teams to improve service delivery and cybersecurity practices.
• Lead IT procurement, vendor management, and budgeting for technology services.
• Support onboarding/offboarding, training, and adoption of new tools, including AI-assisted productivity features.
