Job summary
Rincon Consultants, Inc. is seeking an IT Operations Analyst to provide frontline technical support and day-to-day operational administration across the firm’s end-user computing and Microsoft environment.
The role covers helpdesk support, onboarding/offboarding, device and application administration, licensing, and governance validation to keep the environment organized and secure. You will contribute to staff productivity, improve support consistency, and reduce friction through reliable
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support in a professional office environment.
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications and admin tasks.
- Experience with onboarding and offboarding processes, licensing, groups, and distribution lists.
- Strong customer service orientation with clear, professional communication.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for hardware, software, access, and productivity issues.
- Respond to service tickets, troubleshoot issues, document actions, and escalate when needed.
- Assist with device setup, workstation refreshes, and conference room tech support.
- Maintain professional, responsive user support to keep staff productive.
