Job summary

Antea Group USA is seeking an experienced IT Generalist to support the delivery, security, and continuous improvement of our technology environment. You will work closely with the IT & Security Manager to ensure reliable services and alignment with business needs.

The role covers Microsoft 365 administration, endpoint management, user support, vendor coordination, and day-to-day IT operations, with remote or hybrid work options. Preference for the Greater St.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience supporting enterprise IT environments.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Strong knowledge of endpoint management and Windows OS.
• Experience with Azure, Teams, SharePoint, and Exchange Online preferred.
• Basic PowerShell or automation is a plus.
• Experience with MSPs or within a professional services or consulting environment preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support for Microsoft 365, business apps, and collaboration tools.
• Support administration of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, and Azure.
• Manage endpoint compliance and device administration through Microsoft Intune.
• Coordinate with MSPs and vendors to resolve issues and support projects.
• Maintain technical documentation, procedures, and knowledge base articles.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes through automation and standardization.
• Support technology governance and security best practices across the organization.
