Qualifications
- Associate Degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years IT service desk, desktop, or end-user technology experience.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Windows, and cloud environments.
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support for hardware, software, Microsoft 365, Windows, and end-user devices.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues and incident resolution.
- Support administration of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID, and cloud-based technologies.
- Coordinate device lifecycle management including deployment, imaging, configuration, and patching.
- Maintain accurate IT documentation and collaborate with vendors to improve service delivery.
