Job summary

Kimberly-Clark Corporation seeks an Onsite Technology Specialist to install and maintain network, server, PC, and UC systems at our Neenah site. You will manage imaging, inventory, and ticketing with ServiceNow, ensuring smooth operations and security compliance.

The role requires 5+ years IT experience, strong Windows OS and Server skills, and Cisco networking proficiency. On-site work is required with occasional after-hours support and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience with proven technical skills.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant IT experience, or 7–9+ years of hands-on IT work with proven skills.
• Experience with Windows OS (XP, 7, 10, 11), Windows Server (2003–2019), and SQL Server (2003–2019).

Responsibilities

• Install and support network equipment with guidance from Network Operations team.
• Coordinate server installations, IOS upgrades, and maintenance with assistance from Server Team.
• End-to-end PC deployment including imaging, inventory management, and Service-Now tracking.
• Manage multi-function devices, printers, and vendor escalation as needed.
• Provide UC (Voice/Video) support and mobility services coordination.
