Job summary

Major Tool in Indianapolis, IN is seeking an IT Manager to lead site IT operations, overseeing Windows Server, AD, virtualization, and security while partnering with the Director of IT on standardization and governance.

The role manages the local IT team, coordinates with corporate initiatives like M365 GCC High, and supports CMMC 2.0 Level 2 compliance, IT asset inventory, and incident response. Travel to other Precinmac sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 7+ years of system administration experience (Windows Server, AD, Azure, Intune, Defender).
• 5+ years leading IT teams, on-site supervision preferred.
• Strong networking knowledge and ability to work independently on site.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop an IT team supporting servers, network, storage, and endpoints.
• Own site level system administration for Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualization, and backup/recovery.
• Manage site network infrastructure including switches, firewalls, wireless, and connectivity to the corporate WAN.
• Support CMMC 2.0 Level 2 compliance requirements at the site.
• Coordinate with corporate initiatives and governance teams on IT projects.
