Job summary

VETRO seeks an IT Manager in Portland, ME for hybrid on-site and remote IT operations. Lead internal helpdesk, manage access, onboard/offboard staff, and maintain SOC-2 compliant systems. Youll drive IT projects enabling scalable growth and efficiency across the company.

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Operations, you will own onboarding, offboarding, A/V and conferencing support, asset inventory, and process improvements to optimize IT services and security.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Mac and Windows endpoints via MDM tools.
• Hands-on Google Workspace administration and user provisioning.
• Familiarity with Zoom Rooms hardware/software setup and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in MacOS/Windows OS, networking basics, and office software.
• Strong verbal and written communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide internal helpdesk support for Mac and Windows hardware and software.
• Manage user access rights and SaaS subscriptions with governance.
• Assist onboarding/offboarding and provisioning hardware.
• Maintain office workstations, peripherals, and networking gear.
• Support videoconferencing and A/V for events.
• Track IT assets and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Support SOC-2 compliance and IT process improvements with projects.
