Job summary

At Dentsu in Norwalk, CT, the IT Asset Coordinator will own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of IT hardware across US offices, from inbound receiving through staging, deployment, and disposition. This is a hands‑on, operationally critical role that supports a reliable end‑user experience.

We are seeking someone organized, precise, and accountable who can manage asset records and on‑time shipments while collaborating with procurement, logistics, and IT teams.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for inventory tracking and reporting.
• Strong attention to detail — accuracy in asset records is non‑negotiable.
• Reliable and punctual with ability to manage high‑volume workload with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and log all incoming IT hardware and verify against PO.
• Clean, image, and stage devices for deployment per build standards.
• Maintain real‑time inventory records and update CMDB with asset status, location, and assignment.
• Submit and track purchase orders; support annual hardware planning with inventory data.
• Coordinate outbound shipments and manage return logistics for off‑boarded or damaged equipment.
• Produce asset reports and support audits with accurate data.
