Job summary

Golden Pet Brands is seeking a Lead Infrastructure Administrator to oversee network, endpoint, and server management, with cloud services and DR/BC planning. The role combines hands-on technical leadership with strategic oversight to keep the environment secure, scalable, and aligned with a growing CPG business.

You will provide on-site support across El Segundo, Burbank/North Hollywood, and other CA locations, while coordinating remote support for manufacturing sites.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in IT infrastructure design and admin, with 2-3+ years in leadership.
• Strong experience with SaaS tools like Google Workspace, M365, Azure.
• Expert-level networking, cloud tech, cybersecurity, and enterprise infra.
• IT security fundamentals: MFA, least-privilege, RBAC, phishing defense.
• Willingness to travel 25-30% and provide on-site support in CA.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily IT infrastructure operations, cloud services, networking, and end-user computing.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership in system design, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Design and support Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, endpoint security, and DR/BC.
• Manage on-site and remote servers; monitor performance and reliability.
• Lead vendor management, contracts, SLAs, and asset lifecycle processes.
• Guide onboarding/offboarding and fleet software deployments.
