Job summary

Kalmbach Feeds seeks an IT Infrastructure Manager to lead strategy, reliability, security, and lifecycle management of enterprise infrastructure across on‑premises and cloud platforms. This role supports offices, plants, and sites with a multi‑year roadmap, budgets, and scalable services.

The position requires 10+ years in infrastructure/IT operations and at least 5 years of leading multi-site teams, with expertise in VMware, SolarWinds, SQL Server, and Azure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of infrastructure or IT operations experience.
• At least 5 years leading technical teams in multi-site environments.
• Experience with enterprise networks, compute, storage, and databases.
• Hybrid-cloud design and management experience; Azure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the infrastructure team; set ownership and standards.
• Ensure infrastructure is reliable, secure, and recoverable to support operations.
• Define monitoring, capacity, and performance standards; address risks early.
• Deliver infrastructure for new plants, warehouses, and expansions with project alignment.
• Partner with Cybersecurity, Service Desk, and other leaders to resolve cross-functional issues.
